Therapeia* Ethics Consulting is grounded in the core belief that all organizations can cultivate ethically healthier workplaces by supporting leaders and employees in the development of ethics awareness, and helping them to build into their organization a sound ethics framework that promotes voice, accountability, and ethical relationships.
This means embarking upon a path to understand ethical expectations in the local, national, and global environment, expand ethics dialogue within the organization, develop ethical decision-making skills at all levels. By establishing ethical directions along this developmental path, people within the organization learn to build and maintain ethical relationships, and enhance individual and organizational social responsibility.
